We are looking for a Junior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our talented team. The role will focus on planning and executing manual tests including but not limited to exploratory, acceptance, integration, smoke and regression tests while also contributing and building upon our automated tests suite.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities


  • Create clear and concise detail-oriented test plans
  • Identify and log defects in the system
  • Assist the development and operations teams in debugging and replicating issues
  • Write and maintain internal documentation
  • Design, develop and execute automated test scripts


Qualifications and Experience


  • BS in Computer Sciences or relevant field
  • Analytical thinker 
  • 650+ Math SAT preferred
  • Ability to work in self-managing atmosphere
  • Independent problem solving skills
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, SQL
  • Experience/knowledge of JIRA and Scrum methodology a plus
  • Experience with testing tools and automation frameworks like Postman, WebDriverIo, LambdaTest, Mocha, Chai and Jenkins
