ClassLink is a leading education technology company serving schools around the world. We are looking for a Vice President of Client Services who will lead all client facing teams at ClassLink. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Become an expert on ClassLink products and services 
  • Lead multiple client facing teams by providing strategic leadership 
  • Streamline and unify processes and procedures 
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators 
  • Report results to ClassLink Leadership team


SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7-10 years in technology services: Helpdesk Management, Technical Integrations, Customer Success, and Account Management 
  • 7-10 years leading client meetings
  • Six Sigma, or Kaizen, or Kanban certification required
  • Ability to manage remote teams
  • Superior communication, organization, problem solving and customer service skills
  • Must be able to work in our Clifton, NJ office
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Master’s degree is preferred
