Manager, Partner Integrations

We are looking for a Manager, Partner Integrations with strong experience in problem solving for interoperability to join our team. This person will work closely with the VP of Interoperability and the Partner Team. The right candidate will have technical talent, communications skills, and a strong desire to lead, grow, and build relationships with partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Become an expert on ClassLink products and services
- Work with the Partner Engagement Team to support onging integration efforts with new partners
- Engage with current and potential partners to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges
- Develop processes to improve the partner experience
- Provide insight to the Development Team for improvements to partner experience
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Basic understanding of relational based and SQL development
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and with groups
- Basic knowledge of coding principals and software design
- Understanding of security authorization workflows and protocols
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving ability
- Superior communication and project management skills
- Understanding of security concepts including data confidentiality, integrity, and availability
- Knowledge of the edtech marketplace
